It’s Hello From Ruidoso new hit radio show on Ruidoso Village very own radio station 1490AM – The Mountain.

FIRST UP

Introducing our regulars:

Cheryl Cagle is Jana’s trusted side kick. She’s so much fun!!

Miriam Shanks has been a passionate writer for most of her career. Initially focusing on technical writing as an environmental permitting manager, she has, in recent years turned her attention to more creative endeavors including writing children’s stories, essays, poetry and song lyrics. Miriam enjoys writing for herself and for others and is currently working on a memoir and a blog – Write to the Heart of the Matter. Miriam will be interviewing local authors, and contributing short pieces to our Hello from Ruidoso program. She will also be creating a serial story for the show using characters from our local businesses.

Andrea Fernandez – talking about foraging for food, sustainable food and Smokey Bear community garden.

This will be the last year that the ArtCave is not on the official map if we qualify to be apart of Art Loop. More to come BUT We are finally ready to participate!

We will be open Friday thru Sunday – July 2 thru 4 at 10 to 5 pm. To show support for Art Loop. MAKE OR BUY ART

Where we honor our most important loves.

We will paint a butterfly for your most important loves. They live in the Peace Garden.

Today was grand day.

I got to hang out with Dr. Mary Lemmond, who just so happens to be apart of the Ruidoso Garden Club. So since I’m building an interactive garden, actually two, the Peace Garden and the Hope Garden … I of course am extremely interested in what say her!

What a special day, as she selected two pavers … one that will honor her sister (one of the 5 belles, as their daddy called them) and one for a sister from another mother.

By doing so she supported the Peace Garden.

I’m very emotional here … I do not know why every lose personally touch my soul, but it just does. It’s a part of this deal we call life. And you can’t hide from it … so just live it to fullness.

Who may I honor for you today? It’s the place where we honor our most exceptional loves.

Mary’s sister is in her forever state of being. Everyone who buys a paver get Free hand signed keepsake print.

All proceeds go to the cost involved in building the gardens, waterfalls and fish pond where the butterfly tree lives.

Water Color & Ink Art Class

I’m collecting an interest list for a watercolor and ink class at Lost Hiker on Suddeth its a 4 week class ending with a student show titled “Perspectives of Lost Hiker” This class is $160 for 4 weeks and it comes with an awesome paint kit plus a frame for the art show. Art kit includes everything you need to make loads of art, even beyond this class. Repeat art student who have the kit, pay only $80 plus cost of frame. This class starts Saturday November 9, from 1 to 4 pm. We also have two students so far attending our night class at the Texas Club on Wednesday nights 6 to 9 pm. Same price for the 4 weeks, and this class also ends with a student show that will be hung at the Texas Club. Call Jana at 702-524-4527 If you want a seat at the fun table!
