Today we receive a wonderful surprise from Heather Zeiden.  Mrs. Zeiden was in the Gallery a couple weeks ago and meet up with our volunteers and showing artist Patricia Egan Berardi Black ( Trisha ) who works as an art teacher, due to all the cuts there is always need for more school supplies,the neighborhood where Trisha school is located  it’s not always easy for the parents to support their kids with all the needed art and crafts equipments . Heather Zeiden heard the story and send unasked this wonderful “art care packet” towards the Gallery.

We are to humbled and in honor for Mrs. Zeiden generosity gift, Thank you , you will put a huge smile on some kids faces soon.

Artist Bio/information:

I am a self-taught artist living in Las Vegas, NV. I call myself a weekday middle management drone and weekend artist but am working towards making the art a larger part of my life.

I find beauty in the textures and patterns found in everyday life. In many of my pieces I enjoy exploring patterns and textures without purposely adding context. My goal is that anyone that views my art will have an individual interpretation, response, and feeling. I do not seek to take a critical view of any social or political issue with my art.

We like to send a huge shout out to all the amazing and prolific Artists who came to paint live at our first ” Paint at the Patio ” event.

It was a huge success with great performance from local musician to belly dancer and spontaneous poetry performance.

Thank you to all the Artsfactory artist who came out to open their studios to the public and  set outside there paint stations to live paint, talk to the audience and give helpful advice.

We are looking forward to the next 3rd Sunday for a new fresh “Paint at the Patio”.

Carol Holdengraber.   Carol is one of our constant returning showing artist in the Gallery. She has a very fine realistic style and most of her artworks being you into a calming scenery. Some of her painting are reflections of travel memories. Her artworks is mainly acrylic on canvas.

Jon Salvador Gascon.   Jon is a very colorful graphic oriented painter. He not only paints on paper and canvas he also in involved in many outdoor mural and graphity projects.
