  1. Hi Jana, I had just recently joint the Q. Wang’s group of Artist’s and saw your Gallery in Trifecta. He said that you take some art for sale and wasn’t sure how the process goes. My name is Zdena Landry and I work also as Zdena Antonia. I am of Czech origin. If you have some time open I would like to ask you for short meeting. Please let me know, if that would be possible.

    • Hi Zdena. Here is how the process works. First: You most be local (Reside in Nevada). Second: We only show original art. (We show a few printed things but never on the walls) No Photography. Third:send me a few images of your style of work to im@janasredroom.com. If I think I can market your type of work I will schedule a meeting with you.

Look forwarded to seeing your work! Jana Lynch, Owner of Jana’s RedRoom

  2. Hi, I have a 12 year old daughter who loves to paint and people have said she should be selling her work. I have been asking around and got sent to your site. I really want to support her in what she loves to do, I will send a few pictures and hope you can help us out. Thank you for your time.

  3. Hey Jana
Don’t know if you remember me, my husband Barry and I have purchased some great art from you in the past, and love to frequent your store!
I ‘m looking for an art class for beginners, and was wondering if you could recommend or point me in the right direction, for any art schools/classes or someone who offers art classes.
Thanks Jana I appreciate any information you can provide, hope to see you next month at Preview Thursday! And congratulations on your new role as curator for the B&B!!! Thats awesome….

    • Of course I know you … LOVE you guys!! Yes I was confused what to do when I went back to school … it’s simple. You apply to take classes at CSN or UNLV as continuing education, by doing it this way you do not have to declare a degree. It’s inexpensive and it is a BLAST! And when you make somethings come see me so that you too might become a RedRoom Artist!

  4. Hello thanks for the positive feedback on my work last night at First Friday. I’,m the guy with the walker, ex Navy w/ ptsd & other icky stuff. lol I feel like the proverbial little bird just now leaving the nest, trying to fly for the first time. I really look forward to meeting you. And any advice you can give me about how to introduce my work. Thank you ! Corey

  5. Hi Jana,

I saw the announcement for the 2016 LV Juried Art Competition. I have a comment. I know you are trying to keep bias out of the competition by not identifying the jurors, but as a frequent exhibitor, I find that troubling. One of the main criteria for me to enter a show is the qualification of the juror(s). One can tell a great deal about the quality of the show by who the sponsors are, the prizes that are awarded, and who is jurying the entries. With most shows, the entrants remain anonymous to the juror, not the jurors to the entrants. This is just my opinion of course, but I would not apply to a show where I didn’t know the caliber of the jurors.

  6. Hi Jana
I am an artist based in India. I am visiting LA for a couple of days next week. LVArts DistrictDevo recommended I get in touch with you as I am looking out for spaces in LA to display my work. Do check out my website and let me know if it is possible.
