Ok, ok … I know “Transportal” is not a real word … but when I paint my dreams … I think I’m aloud to make up a word that best describes my painting. The world depicted is this oil painting is of a dream I had … A dream I had, I think, in part, because my niece Ashley is pregnant … And that is just amazing to me. Her egg was chosen and it is about to be “Transported” in to my world! How cool is that??

I’m excited about the huge party that Cirque is throwing at the Arts Factory in October, so I painted 3 players from the original program of the show Mystere at Treasure Island Hotel and Casino here in fabulous Las Vegas! Come out to Jana’s RedRoom … And see them … They are almost complete and I’m digging them!
Seth Asare, a UNLV student picked my painting to analyze for an Arts Appreciation class paper he is writing. Even thou the painting is not complete, I finally agreed to let him write about it because he found such meaning in the painting. I hope I can finish it in time for his report! WOW … what a rush … thank you Seth, you made my day!
